Warranty And Return Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail to either refund the order, advise you of the wait time, or ship a similar product upon request.

RETURNS:

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost (minus shipping).  Because the nature of our items can sometimes take a little bit to process, we always start return eligibility from the date of delivery. If the error is due to EZE Ryders we will likely cover the cost of the return shipping.

Merchandise must be in unused condition, with all parts that came with the order and original packaging for a full refund. 

Any custom ordered products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from EZE Ryders. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of EZE Ryders, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

Approved returns have their choice of store credit, exchange, or refund, subject to written approval. 

Please note return processing can take on average anywhere from 10-30 days upon delivery back to us. Most times return refunds are processed way faster than that. 

Items that have been physically damaged, or show signs of use and ware may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If we cannot issue a refund to the original form of payment, we can gladly offer store credit or an exchange. 

Misused or improperly cared for items (such as being left out in the elements, or signs of abuse) are not eligible for a refund. 

Refused Items: If it's the fault of EZE Ryders, you will be fully credited and or items will be reshipped at our expense.

NOTE: ALL RETURN HAS TO CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. DESPITE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE BOX. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA FEE OR WRAPPING FEE IS THE ORIGINAL BOX IS LOST OR THROWN AWAY.

CANCELLATIONS:                                   

To make sure your order is shipped quickly and arrived quickly, Cancellations can be made within 24 hours starting from the time of the order is confirmed. Any order that gets canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees + up to a 25% restocking fee as well. 

 

Warranty

As a retailer of many different brands, EZE Ryders defers all warranty support to the individual brands we sell. We do our best to provide warranty support for all items purchased in our shop or online. For Warranty support, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly.

 How to obtain warranty support?

Step 1

CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY. This is the fastest way to get parts needed for your warranty repair. While EZE Ryders provides warranty service, the manufacturer will need to send us parts if we don't have them in stock. Make sure to have the following available: original bill of sale with unexpired warranty period (proof of purchase), photo/video evidence of the defective part or product, and main product information (such as model, serial number, battery voltage, motor wattage).

Step 2

Read the respective manual and FAQs for troubleshooting and repair instructions. If the solution is not found, you can contact EZE Ryders and one of our experienced associates can help diagnose the problem. 

Step 3

Once the manufacturer has confirmed the warranty problem and provided parts to either yourself or EZE Ryders directly, you can bring the bike in to our shop for warranty service. .

 

Indemnification: Purchaser hereby releases, Indemnifies and holds harmless EZE Ryders and its parent companies, successors, assignees and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from and against all claims arising from or related to use by Purchaser or any third party. Purchaser covenants that , at its own expense and at the request of EZE Ryders, it will investigate and resolve every such claim made and defend every suit, action or proceeding that may be brought against EZE Ryders based on any such claim, including, but not limited to, any suit, action or proceeding brought based on contract, tort or product liability claims. Purchaser agrees to pay all costs, damages, expenses (including attorney's fees), and judgements that EZE Ryders may sustain be reason of any such claim, suit, action or proceeding. EZE Ryders shall, within a reasonable period of time, give Purchaser written notice of any such claim, counterclaim, suit, action or proceeding.

Purchaser agrees that this purchase agreement includes all of the terms, conditions and warranties as set forth above and that this Agreement cancels and supersedes any prior agreement and as of the date hereof, comprises the complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the Agreement relating to the subject matters covered hereby. The Purchaser by his/her execution of this Agreement acknowledges that he/she has read its terms, conditions, and warranties hereof. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMISSIBLE EXCEPT AS NOTED ABOVE.
